Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of emergency condition grading on the treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction for emergency patients. Methods Totally 158 patients admitted to the Emergency Department from November to December 2018 were randomly selected as the control group, and they were given routine grading method. While 162 patients admitted to the same department from January to February 2019 were randomly selected as the observation group, and they were assessed by four-level grading criteria. The two groups were compared of the efficiency of treatment and nursing satisfaction. Results The waiting time, medication time and treatment time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, while the hospitalization rate was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency condition grading can improve the efficiency and satisfaction of emergency patients, and improve the experience of patients.
