Abstract：objective To evaluate the quality of single disease of acute myocardial infarction comprehensively in tertiary general hospitals in Jiangsu Province in the first quarter of 2018, and to provide decision basis for the health administrative departments and the hospitals to strengthen the quality management of single disease of acute myocardial infarction.Methods The quality of single disease of acute myocardial infarction was evaluated with TOPSIS method in tertiary general hospitals in Jiangsu Province in the first quarter of 2018.Results In the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of single disease of acute myocardial infarction of tertiary general hospitals in Jiangsu Province, H21 hospital was the best, and H11 hospital was the worst.Conclusion Hospitals with poor quality of comprehensive evaluation should speed up the construction and certification of the chest pain center, promote the standardization of diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction, and improve the overall treatment level of acute myocardial infarction.
