Abstract：The key points of China′s medical reform are promoting the development of medical cooperations, establishing multi-level treatment pattern and pushing forward with the reform of public hospitals. Integrating medical resources and establishing medical cooperations can effectively alleviate the shortage of medical resources in big hospitals and improve the situation of disordered medical care seeking behaviors. Many ways have been used within some areas around the country, and the reform of realizing the first treatment in community, multi-level treatments and two-way referral step by step have been the lightspots of the medical reform in Shanghai. This paper emphatically analyses the achievements and problems of Shanghai′s medical cooperations, and offers a reference for medical cooperations in China to breaking the predicament and playing a better role.
