Implementation of the multivariate meta-analysis of distributed lag non-linear model in R software

Abstract:Objective To implement the procedure of distributed lag non-linear model (DLNM) and multivariate meta-analysis in R software.Methods A specific step of two-stage analysis of DLNM and multivariate meta-analysis was carried out in R software through a time series data.Results The two-stage analysis of DLNM and multivariate meta-analysis was successfully implemented in R software.Conclusion R software can be used to construct DLNM and conduct multivariate meta-analysis flexibly and conveniently, and the method can be widely used in environmental epidemiology.
