Abstract:Objective Under the background of the current national implementation of performance appraisal for the tertiary public hospitals, to study and establish the performance appraisal system for the middle-level cadres in the administrative departments of the tertiary public hospitals, so as to promote the realization of "three transformations and three improvements" in the hospitals. Methods The questionnaire survey method was used to analyze the current assessment status and existing problems, the key performance indicator method (KPI) was used to establish the assessment index system of middle-level cadres in administrative departments, and the analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the index weight and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the existing problems. Results The performance appraisal scheme of middle-level cadres in administrative departments of tertiary public hospitals was constructed, and corresponding safeguard measures were put forward, forming a set of perfect appraisal system. Conclusion Through the performance evaluation of the middle-level cadres in the administrative departments, the management efficiency and work quality are further improved, and the better and faster development of the hospital is promoted.
