Abstract：Objective To deeply understand the current situation and demand of telemedicine service among medical consortia cooperative units in a hospital, analyze the difficulties and problems in carrying out telemedicine service, and put forward feasible suggestions. Methods According to the self-designed questionnaire on the implementation of telemedicine in a medical Association unit, the current situation of telemedicine input and development, difficulties and urgent needs of the existing medical association cooperative units were investigated. Results Among the 69 medical institutions investigated, 5 hospitals and 2 health centers have carried out telemedicine services, 3 hospitals are constructing telemedicine service centers, and 5 hospitals have included the construction of telemedicine services in the hospital development plan. County level hospitals, community service centers and health centers do not have the conditions to carry out telemedicine services in terms of economic investment and regional development. Conclusion The main factors that affect the development of distance service in medical institutions are the scale of each institution, the intensity of capital investment, the attention of leaders and the distribution of medical resources in each region. With the tertiary hospital as the core,it is of first priority to establish a connection with an institution that already has remote service capability, so as to set up effective telemedicine service cooperation among medical consortium units.
