Abstract：Objective To evaluate the performance of inpatient medical services in hospitals and clinical departments through the weighted ranksum ratio method for related indicators in the DRGs index system, and formulate relevant management methods to improve the level of hospital medical services.Methods With the use of dividing machine of Beijing version and DRGs related indicators, the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the clinical departments in the hospital were carried out by using the weighted ranksum ratio evaluation method from three aspects of capability, efficiency and quality.Results Seven departments were analyzed according to the weighted ranksum ratio method, in which A and D departments were classified as "excellent classes", B, F, and E departments were classified as "good classes", and C and G departments were classified as "poor classes".Conclusion The weighted ranksum ratio method makes the hospital's assessment of the clinical department become objective, visual and operable, which clearly reflects the ranking and development of each department in the hospital.
