Abstract：Objective To explore the change of hospital medical service capability and coping strategies from the perspective of DRGs. Methods Factor index analysis method and direct standardization method were used to analyze the changes and influencing factors of hospital business indicators in 2017 and 2018. Results In 2018,the total amount of DRGs in the hospital was113430.12, with an increase of 10.94%. The increase was mainly affected by the increase of discharge times, followed by the decrease of CMI.After eliminating the department composition ratio, the standardized CMI in 2018 was higher than that in 2017. Conclusion On the whole, the business development of a certain hospital still belongs to the "scale and quantity type", which needs to adjust the business structure through the coordination at the hospital level and the fine management at the section level, and change to the "quality and efficiency type", so as to realize the healthy and sustainable development of the medical service capacity.
