正态总体均数区间估计简化公式及其在卫生统计中的应用

摘要目的使用负幂函数模型拟合正态总体均数置信区间估计公式，以避免置信区间临床运用时查询t界值表。方法基于总体均数区间估计公式中t界值项(tα/2,v/n)随样本量n增加呈现快速收敛的负幂率变化规律，采用最小二乘法以负幂函数模型对区间估计公式开展拟合分析。结果由n的-1/2和-2次幂函数线性组合所得数学模型可高精度地拟合t界值项，通过调整常系数取值，得到了不同置信水平(1-α)下总体均数区间估计三参数计算式。结论拟合得到的区间估计计算式精度高且形式较传统公式更为简单，式中包含的样本平均值、样本方差和样本量三参数均可根据样本直接获取，克服了区间估计理论对t界值表的依赖，提高了区间估计理论应用的便捷性。

Abstract：Objective To simulate the confidence interval estimation formula of the normal population mean with negative power function, in order to avoid the t boundary value table when calculating interval estimation. Methods According to the t boundary value (t_α/2,_v/√n) presenting the fast convergence of the change rule with the increase of sample size, the fitting analysis was carried out for classical interval estimation formula using the negative power function model, based on the least square method. Results The mathematical model derived from the linear combination of -1/2 and -2 power functions of n can fit the t boundary value with high precision. Through changing the constant coefficient of function model, the unilateral and bilateral confidence interval estimation empirical formula can be obtained with different confid ence level. Conclusion Three-parameters empirical formulas proposed have enough fitting precision, and the form is simpler, in which the only three parameters contained can be obtained easily from sample data, namely sample size, mean and standard deviation respectively. In this way, the process of searching in t boundary value table is omitted, which improves the application convenience of interval estimation theory.
