摘要

目的 探讨以微视频为主要载体的微课平台在心胸外科护理教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2016年1月至2018年1月在心胸外科轮转的80名护生,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40人。对照组护生采取传统PPT教学,观察组采取以微视频为主要载体的微课平台,比较两组护生考试成绩及护生对教学效果的评价。结果 观察组护生理论得分和操作得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生对教学效果给予了较高的评价。结论 心胸外科护理教学中应用微视频为主要载体的微课平台可提高教学效果。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of micro-course platform with micro-video as the main carrier in nursing teaching of the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery.  Methods Totally 80 nursing students who rotated in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery in our hospital were selected from Jan. 2016 to Jan. 2018, and they were divided into the observation group (n=40) and the control group (n=40) according to random number table method. The control group was taught with traditional PPT, while the observation group was taught with micro-video as the main carrier. The examination results of the two groups and the evaluation of the teaching effect between the two groups were compared. Results The scores of nursing theory and operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing students in the observation group gave a higher evaluation of the teaching effect. Conclusion The application of micro-video as the main carrier of micro-course platform in cardiothoracic surgery nursing teaching can improve the effect of teaching.
