Abstract:objective To analyze the clinical features and influence factors of knee osteoarthritis patients. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted of 2 191 knee osteoarthritis patients in our hospital from 2016 to 2018, including gender, age, onset seasons, hospitalization days, case classification, and treatment methods and outcomes. Ordinal ploytomous logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of the outcome of patients with knee arrhythmias. Results The incidence rates of knee osteoarthritis in summer and autumn (58.20%) were higher than those in spring and winter (41.8%). Age, case classification and treatment methods were the influence factors of the outcome (P<0.05), and gender, onset seasons and hospitalization days were not the significant influence factors of the outcome (P>0.05). Compared with general patients, critical patients had a poor prognosis (OR=0.31, P=0.01). Knee arthroplasty (OR=3.50, P<0.001), knee injection (OR=3.60, P<0.001) and arthroscopic therapy (OR=1.80, P<0.001) had better prognosis than traditional treatment. Conclusion It is important to prevent the occurrence of knee Osteoarthritis in summer and autumn and milder patients should be treated as early as possible.
