Abstract:Objective To analyze and discuss the effects of spousal synchronous cognitive behavior management on perioperative mental state of patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy. Methods Patients with modified mastectomy were randomly divided into two groups. Fifty-four patients in the control group were treated with traditional nursing mode, and 54 patients in the observation group were treated with spousal synchronous cognitive behavior management. Differences of indicators between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The scores of the two groups before the management were similar, with no significant difference of P>0.05. The scores of HADS-A, HADS-D, SAS and SDS of the observation group after the management were lower than those of the control group (t=6.05, 4.62, 12.44 and 10.77, respectively, P<0.01). The QLQ-BR23 functional domain score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the symptom domain score was lower than that in the control group (t=6.49, 8.64, respectively, P<0.001).Conclusion Spousal synchronous cognitive behavior management can effectively improve the perioperative mental state of patients with modified radical mastectomy, and has a positive promoting effect on improving the quality of life of patients.
