Abstract:Objective To analyze the belongingness of medical staff from a tertiary hospital in Xuzhou with structural equation model (SEM), and to take effective measures to enhance the sense of belonging and promote the harmonious and stable development of hospital medical personnel. Methods The self-designed ″survey scale of belongingness of hospital medical staff ″ was used to investigate the belongingness of medical staff in a tertiary hospital in Xuzhou, and Liser8.7 was used to analyze the influencing factors of belongingness of medical staff with the structural equation model. Results The direct effect coefficient of stress on the belongingness of the medical staff was -0.59, the indirect effect coefficient was -0.137, and the total effect coefficient was -0.73. The direct effect coefficient of the hospital evaluation factors on it was 0.42, the indirect effect coefficient was 0.338, and the total effect coefficient was 0.73.The direct effect coefficient of the satisfaction of medical personnel on it was 0.72. Conclusion We can figure out the influence factors of belongingness of medical staff with SEM discover and quantitatively analyze the existence of direct or indirect effect factors, and provide methods of reference for further study.
