Abstract：Objective To analyze the current quality of life and its influencing factors in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Totally 500 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from February to October 2018 were chosen with random number table method. Questionnaires were used to collect the general data, and with the quality of life scale, univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the factors influencing the quality of life.Results The quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes was generally low. According to single factor analysis, the factors affecting quality of life mainly included drinking, education, disease duration and the number of complications. The quality of life of drinking patients was poor. The higher education, the longer the course of the disease, and the fewer number of complications showed the higher quality of life. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that R2=0.128, which were djusted to R2=0.121, F=18.154, and P<0.001. That meant patients without drinking, high education, long duration of disease and few number of complications were the main influencing factors of quality of life.Conclusion The quality of life is affected by drinking, the degree of education and the number of complications. Therefore, improving the patient's disease awareness, abstaining from alcohol, controlling their own physical condition, and reducing the incidence of complications are the keys to ensuring the quality of life.
