Abstract：Objective To overall grasp the social status and factors of adolescent′s social anxiety disorder in Weifang, to further enrich its theory, and to provide theory evidence for solving Social anxiety disorder in Weifang. Methods Using the method of cluster sampling, we chose a total of 637 adolescent students from four schools in Weifang, then handed out questionnaires to them, and used Social anxiety scale for statistical analysis. Results The research showed that mild social anxiety disorder accounted for 11.5%, and severe social anxiety disorder accounted for 3.3%. Overall prevalence rate of social anxiety disorder of adolescents of 13 to 19 years old was 14.8%. Among them, the prevalence rate of male was 14.6% and that of female was 14.9%. The condition of adolescent′s social anxiety disorder in Weifang was very serious, female (OR=9.961), the only child (OR=1.026), left-behind children (OR=8.374), countryside students (OR=6.438), and the degree of parental education (OR<1) could affect the occurrence of social anxiety disorder. Conclusion The condition of adolescent’s social anxiety disorder in Weifang is not optimistic, so the related departments, schools and families should pay enough attention to it.
