Abstract The comprehensive evaluation of the quality of care is one of the effective methods to measure the overall treatment quality of medical service institutions. This article summarizes the existing comprehensive evaluation methods of non-latent variables and latent variables. It aims to provide ideas for a reasonable and comprehensive evaluation, and promote that it could not only provide an objective basis for the improvement of the quality of care of hospitals and doctors, but also achieves the purpose of connecting hospital grades and doctors' performance.
