Abstract Objective To investigate the status of pain resilience and knowledge, belief and practice of rehabilitation exercise in patients with coronary heart disease, and analyze the relationship between them. Methods The convenient sampling method was adopted. From January to December 2019, 228 inpatients with coronary heart disease who visited a hospital in Taizhou were selected as the research subjects. The general data questionnaire, the pain resilience scale and the survey questionnaire for the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease were used to survey the study subjects. Results The score of pain resilience of patients with coronary heart disease was (31.42±4.56) points; the score of knowledge, belief and practice of rehabilitation exercise was (52.19±6.68) points; the total score of pain resilience and score of each dimension were positively correlated with the score of rehabilitation exercise (P<0.05); multiple linear regression analysis showed that the exercise habits, pain resilience and education background were the main influencing factors of knowledge, belief and behavior in cardiac rehabilitation exercise (P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical work, persuading patients with coronary heart disease to develop exercise habits and taking measures to improve the patient′s level of pain and psychological flexibility help to change the patient′s rehabilitation exercise knowledge, belief and behavior, and improve the quality of life.
