Abstract Objective To learn the present situation of hospital personnel floating,analyze flowing characteristics, regulation and reasons, to provide reference for the personnel management of hospital. Methods We take the hospital personnel floating of a large general hospital in the recent 5 years, for example, to investigate and analyze, and analyze the causes of personnel flow through expert interview. Results In recent years, the hospital staff mobility become more active, especially in less than 30 years of age.The hospital staff has increased year by year by the flow of personnel, the medical team keep overall stability,but local flow is outstanding, especially the nursing job mobility. Health technical personnel team has improved, But still there was a risk that the important brain drain, Conclusion Graduates employment, job change,work environment, continuing education were the main the main affecting factors of the flow. Hospital should establish suitable salary incentive mechanism for hospital, set up a smooth channels of rational flow of personnel, create a good working environment, reduce the loss of mature talented person, enhance the stability and active degree.
