舟山群岛新区不同时期住院患者死亡分析

Abstract Objective To research the characteristics and trend of death in hospital patients in different periods, and to provide the basis for prevention and treatment of disease, clinical research and medical quality monitoring. Methods The medical records, a total of 416 021 cases, were collected from 2006 to 2014 years, including 1 286 cases of death. According to the discharge time they were divided into two periods, from 2006 to 2010 and from 2011 to 2014. The age, sex, and cause of death were analyzed comparatively by using Excel and SPSS 16.0. Results The mortality rate was in a downward trend (r=-0.81, P<0.000 1), and inpatient mortality rates for the two groups were 0.34% and 0.28% (P<0.000 1). Male mortality rates were 0.52% and 0.42% (P=0.001), showing a declining trend (r=-0.74, P<0.000 1). Female mortality rates were 0.17% and 0.15%. Mortality rates for patents over 60 years old were 0.85% and 0.56% (P<0.000 1). Top three death causes were tumor, circulatory system, injury and poisoning, and top three diseases were craniocerebral injury, lung malignant tumor and coronary heart disease (for the period from 2006 to 2010), and craniocerebral injury, lung malignant tumor and cerebral infarction (for the period from 2011 to 2014). Conclusion We should do a good job in ″three early″ prevention and control of people over the age of 45, strengthen the prevention and treatment of hypertension, high blood fat, heart disease, carry out researching on treatment of traffic injury patients in pre-hospital and in-hospital, popularize education of traffic safety and encourage wearing a safety helmet.
