| Implementation and effect of standardized pain management in emergency trauma surgery |

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of standardized pain management in emergency trauma surgery.Methods Totally 86 patients in emergency trauma surgery in our hospital were selected from Aug. 2016 to Aug. 2017, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. Routine management was adopted in the control group, and standardized pain management was adopted in the observation group. Degree of pain relief and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention, the rate of pain relief and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized pain management has achieved satisfactory Resultsin emergency trauma surgery, which can reduce patients' pain and improve nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
