恩度治疗非小细胞肺癌的快速卫生技术评估

Abstract Objective To evaluate the effectiveness, safety and economy of Endostar in non-small cell lung cancer patients using rapid health technology assessment, and to provide evidence for clinical drug selection．Methods English databases such as PubMed, the Cochrane Library and Embase, and Chinese databases such as CNKI, Wanfang and CBM were searched with computers, and two reviewers extracted the data results independently. Only the systematic evaluation, meta-analysis, health technology assessment and pharmacoeconomic research of Endostar treatment for NSCLC were included, and descriptive analysis was used to classify and summarize the research conclusions. Results Eight systematic reviews and 1 pharmacoeconomic study were included．Compared with the standard chemotherapy, Endostar combined with chemotherapy could improve the efficiency, disease control rate and clinical benefit rate of NSCLC patients. The safety studies showed that there was no significant difference in adverse events between the two groups. Pharmacoeconomics studies have shown that Endostar combined chemotherapy could improve the quality-adjusted life-year of patients with NSCLC, but was unlikely to be considered cost-effective. Conclusion Endostar is an efficacious and safe choice for non-small cell lung cancer treatment, but only in areas with a high per-capita GDP, Endostar may be a cost-effective treatment option.
