| Application of DRGs evaluation system in hospital management operation mode |

Abstract Objective To explore the management and operation mode of DRGs index system in a hospital.Methods Medical record front page and coding data were standardized and the management model was constructed based on the DRGs index system. DRGs specialist system in clinical departments was established and the communication platform was set up. DRGs indexes were introduced into the department performance appraisal system.Results Through the framework of the management and operation system, the integration of all resources of the hospital, the linkage of multiple departments, the introduction of DRGs index system into the hospital management, and the solid basic work, the quality of the first page of the medical records of the hospital has improved, hospital connotation management has achieved results, and the comprehensive ranking of hospitals at the same level in the province has increased.Conclusion Management pays off and the hospital management has stepped into a new milestone by building a scientific and standardized operation mode based on DRGs index, promoting basic work in a standardized way, and gradually moving from the evaluation of subjective impression to the objective evaluation based on data and scientific basis.
