居家护理平台对髋膝关节置换术后康复锻炼依从性及生活质量的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of mobile home care platform on rehabilitation exercise compliance and quality of life in patients with total hip or knee arthroplasty.Methods Totally 140 patients after hip or knee replacement surgery were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, 70 cases in each group. Patients in the control group was treated with routine rehabilitation education method, while patients in intervention group was treated with mobile home care platform intervention tracking and managing patients. Rehabilitation exercise compliance, functional independence and quality of life were compared between the two groups after 1, 3, 6 months of intervention.Results After treatment, exercise compliance, functional independence and quality of life were improved in both groups, and the intervention group was superior to the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Mobile home care platform intervention can provide individualized continuous rehabilitation guidance for patients after total hip or knee arthroplasty. it can improve the compliance and quality of life in patients after total hip or knee arthroplasty, thus can effectively improve the patient's functional independence. So it is worthy of clinical practice.
