地氟烷和丙泊酚对单肺通气患者血清炎性因子及氧合指数的影响

Abstract Objective To summarize and analyze the effects of desflurane and propofol on serum inflammatory factors and o-xygenation index in patients with one-lung ventilation.Methods Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic lobectomy in our hospital from November 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:group A (the desflurane group) and group B (the propofol group).The anesthesia methods were the same except the maintenance of anesthesia.The changes of patients'vital signs were monitored throughout the whole process.Arterial blood samples were collected at different time points for arterial blood gas detection,and the oxygenation index of patients was calculated.At the same time,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and IL-10 in serum samples were detected.Results There was no significant difference in sex,age,weight,height and operation time between the two groups (P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 and oxygenation index between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the effects of desflurane and propofol on serum inflammatory factors and oxygenation index in patients with one-lung ventilation.Desflurane has a certain lung protective effect.
