Research on postgraduate students′ active learning under the background of “double first-class” construction |

Abstract Innovative and high quality postgraduate training is one of the important contents of double first-class construction. Innovative and high quality postgraduate talents are one of the important factors to realize the national innovation-driven development. Postgraduates are the main body and center of the whole process. In the process of training, there are usually three states of postgraduates: active, passive and negative. It is of great significance for the cultivation of innovative and high-quality postgraduates that how to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of postgraduates′ autonomous learning and guide them to carry out active learning practice. Based on the background of "double first-class" construction in Binzhou Medical University, this paper discusses the importance of promoting the active initiative of graduate students in learning practice and puts forward several effective strategies to fully mobilize the initiative of postgraduate students in learning practice, such as respecting for the principal position of postgraduates in scientific researches, guiding postgraduate to Learn literature in-depth, setting up a scientific research group with postgraduates as the major and undergraduate students as auxiliary part, and encouraging postgraduates to participate in academic forums and innovation competitions, supporting postgraduates to go abroad to study. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the cultivation of innovative, comprehensive, international and high-quality graduate students.
