Abstract Objective Using the report templates offered by information platform of the hospital to analyze the e-data of the cases, to meet the needs of all kinds of statistics query, and to improve work efficiency. Methods We used SQL language to write the script to query the hospital electronic record data. Results The utilization of SQL language integrated query data could not only solve the problem of the comprehensive query without data dimension offered by the service counter, but also achieve more complex data query, shorten the checking time, improve the efficiency and accuracy of the results. Conclusion learning SQL language of Staff to skillfully apply grammar and command, improves query accuracy and efficiency, minimizes the defects that many statistical reporting data are collected manually or semi-manually, and further lay the foundation of the medical information statistic data analysis. SQL query of electronic medical record information and its quality control is an effective and convenient method of medical record information statistics and quality control.
