241 Study of ginsenoside compound K on the effect of immunity and liver function in rats with severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To study the effect of the ginsenoside compound K(CK) on the function of liver and immunity in rats with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods Twenty-three rats with severe acute pancreatitis were treated by ginsenoside CK as the experimental group and 23 rats in the control group received normal SAP treatment.The changes of liver function indexes (AST,ALT,GGT and ALB) and immunity function indexes such as T cell (CD3,CD4,CD8 cell and CD4/CD8 ) after the SAP rats received treatment in 3 days and 7days were determined.Results Compared with the control group, the plasma liver function index (AST,ALT, GGT,ALB and STB) levels and the immunity T cell function index(CD3,CD4,CD8 cell and CD4/CD8)levels were increased in 3 days and 7 days and there was significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Ginsenoside CK therapy can effectively protect the function of the liver and immunity in rats with severe acute pancreatitis, and also improve their overall condition.It was an important auxiliary treatment for SAP rats, and it’s worthy of deep research in the future.

244 Immunoregulatory effects of Traditional Chinese medicine huashurong on immunosuppression mice

Objective To investigate the immune regulatory function of tradictional Chinese medicine huashurong on immunosuppression mice induced by cyclophosphamide(Cy).Methods Sixty SPF mice were randomly divided into 6 groups: blank control groups,levamisole groups(40mg/kg),model control groups,and high-,medium- and low-dose huashurong(HSR) groups.Huashurong groups were administrated by gavage at doses of 6 800,3 400,1 700 mg·kg-1·d-1 to mice for 10 consecutive days,respectively.Immunosuppressed murine models were established in SPF mice induced by Cy 40 mg/kg body weight once a day for 3 days by intraperitoneal injection on the day in dosing.Cell count meter was used to read white blood cell count.IgG serum levels were detected by ELISA. The mice body weight and spleen weight and thymus weight were analyzed to calculate the organ indexes.Results Compared with the blank group,the model group showed a significant decrease in white blood cell count, IgG serum levels,thymus index and spleen index.Compared with the model group,the HSR groups increased the number of white cells and thymus index levels.Conclusion HSR extractive has certain effect on the immune regulatory function of immunosuppression mice induced by Cy.HSR extractive could improve the number of white cells and IgG levels, and has effect on humoral immunity, but the effect was not obvious.

247 Effect of transient potential receptor channel protein 6 (TRPC6) on proliferation of SGC-7901 cells

Objective To investigate the expression of TRPC6 in SGC-7901 cells and to elucidate the relationship between TRPC6 protein and proliferation of SGC-7901 cells.Methods SGC-7901 cells were cultured in vitro,and SGC-7901 cells were divided into control group and experimental group with or without TGF-β1 treatment. The experimental groups were divided into TGF-β1 and TGF-β1+SKF-96365 group according to whether incubated with SKF96365 or not.Immunofluorescence staining was used to observe TRPC6 protein expression in SGC-7901 cells in the control and TGF-β1 groups.Western blot was used to detect the protein changes of TRPC6 and proliferation indexes in control group,TGF-β1 group and TGF-β1+SKF96365group.Results Compared with the control group,the expression of TRPC6 protein in TGF-β1 group was significantly increased(P<0.05).SKF96365 inhibited TRPC6 protein expression,significantly suppressed the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells(P<0.01).Conclusion Blockade of TRPC6 protein expression could reduce the proliferation ability of SGC-7901 cells.

251 MiR-302b suppresses the high-sucrose induced pithelial-mesenchymal transition in diabetic nephropathy

Objective Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is a kind of vascular complication for diabetes, and its pathogenesis remains complicate.This study aimed to investigate the potential role of miR-302b in the high-sucrose induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) during the development of DN and to reveal its possible molecular mechanism.Methods The podocytes and epithelial cells were treated with the high-sucrose (30 mM) to construct the DN model.The overexpressed vector of miR-302b was packaged by the virus packaging method and then was transfected into the podocytes and epithelial cells.Results The EMT-related protein including slug,snail,vimentin and fibronectin was significantly decreased,whereas E-cadherin,β-catenin and α-catenin were significantly increased by the overexpression of miR-302b.Conclusion Taken together, our study revealed that the overexpression of miR-302b functioned as a protector in the development of DN by suppressing the high-sucrose induced EMT process.

255 Changes in the levels of blocking antibody and regulatory T cells after active immunotherapy inpatients with recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective To investigate the pregnancy outcome by active immunotherapy for recurrent spontaneous abortions(RSA) and the changes of blocking antibody (BA) and the levels of CD4+CD25+T cells and CD4+CD25highTreg cells in peripheral blood after immunotherapy.Methods Detection of BA by micro lymphocytic toxicity test (MLCT),300 negative patients randomly selected were treated by active immunotherapy of lymphocytes, and the pregnancy outcomes were followed. Blocking efficiency and the levels of CD4+CD25+T cells and CD4+CD25highTreg cells in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry in 100 cases randomly selected.Results Of the 300 patients receiving active immunotherapy,265 were pregnant,and 35 were still in the immunotherapy.In the patients with pregnancy,10 cases had an early abortion,165 had successful delivery and 90 were still pregnant, and the success rate of the active immunotherapy was 96.2%. The level of BA was significantly higher after active immunotherapy (37.73±2.42%) than that before immunotherapy (7.25±0.39%) in 100 patients.The blocking efficiencies of CD3,CD4 and CD25 were higher than that before immunotherapy,and CD3 and CD25 increased very significantly (P<0.01).The ratios of CD4+CD25+T cells and CD4+CD25highTreg cells were significantly higher than that before active immunotherapy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of RSA may be related to the decreases of blocking antibody,CD4+CD25+T cells and CD4+CD25highTreg cells in the peripheral blood of the patients.Lymphocyte active immunotherapy can significantly improve the levels of blocking antibody and the ratios of CD4+CD25+T cells and CD4+CD25highTreg cells in peripheral blood. It is a safe and effective way to treat RSA.

259 Study and establishment of thyroid hormones biological reference interval of normal pregnant womenduring different pregnancy periods in Yellow River Delta

Objective To study the change characteristics of thyroid hormone levels in different pregnant women in the Yellow River Delta, thus to establish a biological reference range of thyroid hormones for normal pregnant women in their early,middle and late stages in the Yellow River Delta.Methods Totally 765 healthy pregnant women were selected in the the Yellow River delta,electro chemiluminescence immunoassay were used to detect their serum TSH,FT3,FT4,TPO-Ab,and TG-Ab, in early, middle and late stages, and at the same time, 188 healthy age-matched non pregnant women were selected as the control group,so as to establish normal reference ranges of thyroid hormones for pregnant women in the Yellow River Delta.Results There were some changes in thyroid hormone levels in pregnant women at different pregnancy stages.The levels of thyroid hormones in pregnant women in different stages showed a partial distribution of thyroid hormones in each stage.The biological reference intervals of thyroid hormone in each stage of pregnancy were indicated by median value (M) and bilateral limit value (P2.5P97.5).Levels of TSH ,FT3 and FT4 were significantly different between non pregnant women of childbearing age and different stages of pregnant women (P<0.05 ),which were similar to previous reports from other areas apart from few differences.Conclusion The thyroid hormone levels were different among different stages of pregnant women and normal no pregnant women. It is useful to establish a biological reference range of thyroid hormones for pregnant women in their different stages in the Yellow River Delta, which will help to distinguish thyroid dysfunction in pregnant women and to provide useful assistance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

262 Clinical research of neuromuscular electrical stimulation of quadriceps femoris in patientswith chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To explore the effects of neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) of quadriceps femoris in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with respect to exercise capacity, lung function, quadriceps shape, and inflammatory cytokines.Methods All the COPD patients were recruited from Binzhou community and randomly assigned to one of the two groups receiving NMES (the intervention group), and sham treatment (the control group) from November 2016 to December 2017. The above indexes were evaluated after 6 weeks.Exercise capacity was assessed by 6 minute walking distance (6MWD) and lung function was evaluated by FEV1 (forced expiratory volume in one second) and FVC (forced vital capacity).Rectus femoris cross-sectional area (RFCSA) and thickness (RFT) were measured by ultrasound. Inflammatory cytokines including tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),C-reactive protein (CRP),and interleukin-8 (IL-8) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results After 6 weeks, the changes from baseline for RFCSA, RFT and 6MWD were significantly improved in the intervention group (all P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant (6MWD:P=0.03;RFCSA:P=0.04;RFT:P=0.04), while there was no significant difference in the control group (P>0.05).There was no significant difference regarding to FEV1,FVC,and inflammatory cytokines including TNF-α, CRP and IL-8 between the two groups (all P>0.05).Conclusion NMES can improve exercise capacity in COPD patients, which may be related to its increased RFCSA and RFT. NMES can be used as a potentially valuable rehabilitation therapy in patients with COPD.

266 Relationship between cesarean section and placenta previa in the Yellow River Delta

Objective To explore the relationship between cesarean section and placenta previa and related diseases during second pregnancy of women at childbearing age in the Yellow River Delta region.Methods Related data were retrospectively analyzed from medical centers at all levels in the Yellow River Delta region from January 2013 to October 2017. In this study, the eligible placenta previa patients were selected as the experimental group. In addition, among eligible non-patients, 3 times the number of the experimental group was randomly selected as the control group for matching, and other independent risk factors were controlled.Results In the study group and the control group,24 515 cases and 73 545 cases were found to be eligible, including 482 cases and 407 cases of placenta previa, 83 cases and 14 cases of placenta accreta,and placenta previa in both groups.There were 52 cases and 7 cases of concurrent placenta accretion.The majority of placentas located in the anterior wall of the uterus were 10 323 cases and 35 653 cases respectively, and most of them located in the posterior wall of the uterus were 14 192 cases and 37 892 cases respectively.The results of placenta previa and placenta accreta analysis in the experimental group compared with those in the control group were OR=3.55,CI[3.17-4.05],OR=17.79,CI[10.10-31.33],both with P<0.001.The placenta previa analysis of the placenta located in the anterior and posterior walls of the uterus was OR=1.49,CI[1.25-1.79] in the experimental group,and the placental implantation data was OR=5.79,CI[3.35-9.99],both with P<0.005.The placenta previa analysis of most placentas in the anterior and posterior walls of the uterus was OR=0.99,CI[0.81-1.20] in the control group,and placental implantation data was OR=1.42,CI[0.49-4.09],both with P>0.05.Conclusion The history of previous cesarean section in women of childbearing age in the Yellow River Delta region is a risk factor for placenta previa and placenta accreta during second trimester pregnancy,and the location of the placenta is also related to both above, suggesting that maternity medical staff need take measures for screen, prevention and treatment as soon as possible and need to give correct pregnancy instructions.

269 Clinical effect of the lapidus osteotomy in the severe hallux valgus deformity with differentincision:minimal invasive incision or conventional incision

Objective To compare the clinical effects of the Lapidus osteotomy with minimal invasive incision and conventional incision in the treatment of severe hallux valgus.Methods From March 2013 to June 2014,25 patients (25-foot) with severe hallux valgus were treated in the traditional incision of Lapidus osteotomy (conventional group).From October 2014 to February 2017,24 patients (25-foot) with severe hallux valgus were treated in the micro-incision of Lapidus osteotomy (minimally invasive group).Modified McBride soft tissue surgery orthopedic was used to correct hallux valgus deformity.The basic information,perioperative data, related complications, postoperative HVA and IMA, the score of the American foot and ankle surgery association (AOFAS) of both groups were compared.Results All patients were followed up 7 to 24 months. The conventional group was followed up for (12±2.7) months,and the minimally invasive group was followed up for (12±1.3) months.The differences in HVA,IMA,and AOFAS score were not statistically significant in two groups (P>0.05).The minimally invasive group was superior to the conventional group in the incision length, time of operation,intraoperative bleeding,and the length of hospital stay,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Lapidus osteotomy micro-incision treatment of severe hallux valgus has the familiar therapeutic effects to conventional incision,and has the advantages of small incision,short operation time,less intraoperative bleeding,shorter hospitalization time,so it was worth clinical promotion.

272 The status of maternal near miss rescuing by Intensive Care Unit and Obstetrics:an observational,real-world analysis

Objective To expound the status of maternal near miss rescuing by Intensive Care Unit and Obstetrics, thus to provide theoretical basis for enhancing the survival rate of maternal.Methods The clinical data of maternal near miss in ICU of Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,including patient source,age,region,APACHEII,delivery times,termination of pregnancy, prenatal examination,keep pregnant,major disease, respiratory support, length of ICU stay, outcomes.Results A total of 161 patients were enrolled,of whom 149 patients were admitted directly to our hospital and 12 patients were transferred after the termination of pregnancy in the external hospital.125 cases(77.64%) were delivered again or multiple times;112 cases (69.57%) came from rural;22.15% of cases had no regularprenatal examination,25.5% of cases had a history of kept pregnant during pregnancy;the causes of transfer to ICU mainly included postpartum hemorrhage,preeclampsia-eclampsia, HELLP syndrome, peripartum cardiomyopathy. APACHEII score was 6.69±4.07;hospitalization time was (3.93±2.81)days; 81.37% (131 cases) patients were returned to obstetrics,and 9.32% (15 cases) to other departments.Conclusion There is still a lot of work to do to reduce the morbidity and mortality of maternal near miss, it’s an effective way to treat these patients by cooperation of ICU and obstetrics.

275 Multivariate analysis and treatment strategy of rebleeding after minimally invasive surgeryfor hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To analyze the risk factors and corresponding prevention and treatment strategy of rebleeding after minimally invasive puncture in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Totally 203 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the department of neurosurgery in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 received minimally invasive treatment of intracranial hematoma and their data were retrospectively analyze.The causes of rebleeding which occurred in 21 patients after operation were discussed,and the corresponding control strategies were studied.Results Among the 203 cases, rebleeding occurred in 21 cases,with the rebleeding rate 10.3%.The preoperative blood pressure grading,first-time suction amount, the use of puncture urokinase and tract injury were the main risk factors of rebleeding in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive aspiration.Conclusion The influencing factors of rebleeding are various and complex for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients after minimally invasive puncture treatment, and targeted prevention measures should be actively carried out after the operation in order to reduce the occurrence of rebleeding.

278 Application of corneal bandages contact lens after the operation of pterygium

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of corneal bandages contact lens covering wounds after the operation of pterygium.Methods One hundred twelve cases(112 eyes) of primary pterygium were selected from June 2015 to June 2017.They were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method, of which 54 were in the control group and 58 were in the experiment group.All patients received pterygium resection and autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation. Patients in the control group were directly treated with gauze after operation.Patients in the experiment group wore corneal bandages at the end of the operation which were removed 10 days after the operation, and the corneal staining was recorded.The pain of the operated eyes was recorded six hours, one day and ten days after the operation in both groups of patients.The best correction vision, corneal astigmatism, surface asymmetry index of corneal topographic map, and surface regularity index were recorded before the operation and 1 month and 3 months after the operation. The wound healing was recorded one day and ten days after the operation.Breaking up time (BUT) of tear film of operated eyes was recorded before the operation and 10 days after the operation.The recurrence of pterygium 6 months after the operation was recorded.Results Ten days after the operation, the status of corneal wound fluorescence staining was observed, the positive rate of corneal staining in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The pain indexes of the experiment group 6 hours and one day after the operation were significantly lower than those of the control group. Astigmatism, SNP, and SAI in the experiment group 1 month and 3 months after the operation were all lower than those of the control group.Conclusion The use of corneal bandages contact lens in pterygium patients after surgery can reduce the pain response of the eyes, promote the repair of corneal wounds, reduce postoperative corneal astigmatism, and improve visual quality.

281 Influence of health education on college students' KAP of PTB

Objective To study the effects of health education on the cognition,preventive behavior and beliefs of college students with tuberculosis.Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to select a total of 800 undergraduates in Binzhou Polytechnic College as the research objects.A self-made questionnaire was used to conduct on-the-spot investigation on the knowledge-based questionnaire of pulmonary TB patients in the college to understand the basic situation.Based on the results of the first survey,health education was carried out.Then the second survey was carried out immediately and the third was after 3 months.Data of three surveys were compared to study the health education of college students with tuberculosis cognitive level, attitude and behavior improvement.Results After 1 week and 3 months of health education,the awareness rate of core information of tuberculosis in undergraduates increased significantly,with P<0.01,compared with baseline.After 1 week of health education and 3 months afterwards,the positive attitude of undergraduates significantly improved,with a significant difference compared with the baseline (P<0.01).After 1 week and 3 months of health education, the TB prevalence among undergraduates increased significantly, compared with the baseline, with statistical significance (P<0.01).Conclusion The implementation of TB education in college can significantly improve college students' knowledge, and belief about tuberculosis and contribute to the prevention of tuberculosis. Universities should attach great importance to and actively carry out tuberculosis health education.

284 Effect of dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging and biological factors in neoadjuvant chemotherapyfor invasive ductal carcinoma of breast

Objective To evaluate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) with 3.0 T dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and analyze whether the change of biological factors can predict the effect of NAC.Methods Thirty-three patients of breast invasive ductal carcinoma underwent DCE-MRI examination before and after NAC;lesions were performed pathological examination before and after NAC.Lesion morphology,margin,lumpy or not,enhanced features and largest diameter reduction rate were analyzed before and after NAC.After NAC,according to the response evaluation criteria of solid tumors (RECIST),the patients were divided into effective and invalid groups,and the difference of the maximum diameter reduction rate of the two groups was tested by independent sample t test.The changes of expression levels of estrogen receptor (ER),progesterone receptor (PR), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (Her-2) and cell value-added nuclear antigen (Ki67) before and after NAC were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the shape and intensifying characteristics of breast cancer before and after NAC (P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in TIC type before and after NAC (P<0.05).In 33 patients, effective group of 23 cases,10 cases of invalid group.The largest diameter reduction rate of effective group was (61.31+20.13) %,invalid group was (17.06+10.21) %,the largest diameter reduction rate of the two group was compared,there was significant difference (P=0.000).Compared the expression levels of ER,PR,Her-2, Ki67 before and after NAC, there were no significant differences in ER,PR,Her-2 (P>0.05),there were statistically significant differences in the changes of Ki67 (P=0.028).Conclusion 3.0T DCE-MRI can monitor the size,shape and enhancement characteristics of breast cancer during NAC.It can be used for preoperative evaluation of residual lesions after NAC,and combined with changes in biological factors,to predict the effect of NAC.

289 The preparation and quality control of Leukoplakia Cream (Ι)

Objective To Prepare Leukoplakia Cream (Ι) and to establish its quality control method.Methods Emulsion process was used to compound Leukoplakia Cream (Ι). HPLC method was developed to determine the compounds of Leukoplakia Cream (Ι).Results The quality of cream was eligible in appearance properties,microbial limit,and stability.As for Dyclonine hydrochloride,baicalin, diethylstilbestrol,vitamin E,their concentration and peak area displayed good linear relationship. The average recovery rates:dyclonine hydrochloride was 100.42%,RSD was 0.77%;baicalin was 100.49%,RSD was 0.68%;diethylstilbestrol was 100.06%,RSD was 0.82%,vitamin E was 100.46%,and RSD was 0.85%.Conclusion The preparation process is simple.The quality of the preparation is controllable,and the property is stable.The method of content determination is also simple, rapid and accurate.

298 Practice and reflection on an academic warning system in medical colleges and universities

Objective In this paper,both the current situation of academic warning work in colleges and universities,and the necessity of academic warning in medical education were described.Methods The implementing reason, the implementing method and process of the academic warning system were also introduced in our college.The results of the statistical analyses about the academic warning ratio,the failure ratio and the awarded degree ratio in the five years.Results The implementation of the academic warning system can improve the study of the students,decrease the academic warning ratio and the failure ratio,hold the awarded degree ratio stable within normal ranges.Conclusion An academic warning system is an important way to deepen the reform of teaching and improve the quality of education in colleges and universities.

302 Construction and design of experimental teaching demonstration center platform for stomatology

Objectives To design and construct the characteristic platform of experimental teaching demonstration center,these lay the foundation for cultivating the high quality innovative talents of Stomatology.Methods Scientific design, integration of resources,adjustment of structure,improvement of conditions,improvement of functions,optimization of management system and operation mechanism,in order to achieve sustainable development.Results A multi-disciplinary,multi-functional,multi-level,digital and virtualized experimental teaching platform is constructed. Province-grade experimental teaching center has been established as an experimental teaching platform of unified management,resource optimization,open sharing,outstanding benefit,distinctive features and sustainable development.Conclusions The platform of experimental teaching demonstration center meets the need of training high-quality innovative talents,full playing the role of radiation and demonstration of the center.
