综合护理干预在老年粗隆间骨折患者围手术期下肢深静脉血栓预防的临床观察

Abstract Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing intervention on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of lower limbs during perioperative period in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture.Methods The incidence of DVT was observed and compared in 120 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture by D- dimer monitoring and color doppler ultrasound examination of deep veins in both lower extremities.Results There was no significant difference in D-dimer test Results between the two groups on the postoperation first day, and the comparison of D-dimer test Results at day 7,14,21 postoperation showed statistically significant difference.A total of 10 of the 120 patients had DVT in the lower limbs,including 2 in the experimental group and 8 in the control group.Conclusion Nursing intervention, as a comprehensive nursing measure to prevent deep venous thrombosis, can effectively reduce the incidence of lower limbs DVT.
