Abstract Objective To determinate the content of Paeoniflorin in Chaixiangshugan Capsule by HPLC.Methods High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was used, which applied InertSustain-C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) and acetonitrile -0.1% orthophosphoric (14∶86) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The linear range was 0.1172～2.344 μg and correlation coefficient was 0.9999.The average recovery was 99.05%, and the relative standard deviation was 2.08%.Conclusion HPLC method can be applied to the determination of Paeoniflorin in Chaixiangshugan Capsule.
