Effect of external use of dweco combined with TDP irradiation on symptom improvement in patients with craniocerebral trauma with skin abrasions |

Abstract Objective To explore effects of external use of dweco combined with TDP irradiation on symptom improvement in patients with craniocerebral trauma with skin abrasions.Methods Two hundred patients with craniocerebral trauma and skin abrasions admitted to the department of neurosurgery of our hospital from July 2019 to November 2019 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 100 cases in each group.The control group received TDP irradiation, and the observation group received TDP irradiation combined with dweco. The two groups were compared in terms of wound healing time, pain score, pressure sore, pigmentation and scar occurrence.Results The healing time of facial and trunk wounds in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,P<0.05.There was no statistically significant difference in VAS between the two groups before the treatment.VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before the treatment, P<0.05, and VAS level score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of pressure sore, pigmentation and scar in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05. The wound infection rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group ,P<0.05.Conclusion Combined with TDP irradiation, dwecois helpful to shorten the wound healing time of craniocerebral trauma patients with skin abrasions, reduce the pain of patients, the wound infection rate and reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers, pigmentation and scar.
