乳腺癌术后化疗患者应用综合护理干预措施的效果研究

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the life quality of postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer patients.Methods One hundredpatientswith breast cancer in postoperative chemotherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group took comprehensive nursing intervention measures on the basis of conventional nursing.Health knowledge questionnaire and nursing job satisfaction questionnaire made by SAS and SDS were used to evaluate the effect of intervention.Results After the period of comprehensive nursing intervention, the emotionand the life quality in the follow-up one year after dischargein this group significantly improved (P<0.05), while the difference of each index was not statistically significant in patients receiving conventional nursing.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention measures can effectively improve the quality of life and social adaptability of postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer.
