Abstract Objective To study the bacteriostatic action invitro of two kinds of preparation technology of compound Sanhuang tincture in vitro.Methods To use the bacterial inhibition ring assay and the pancreatic dairy soy peptone liquid medium diluted method to do minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bacterieidal concentration (MBC) test for Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and Candida albicans.Results Two preparation process of compound Sanhuang tincture has strong bacteriostatic and bactericidal activity of the Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans,Staphylococcus aureus is more sensitive.Conclusion The compound sanhuang tincture had remarkable bacteriostatic action in vitro.
