Determination of Fluconazole Ophthalmic Thermosensitive Gels by HPLC |

Abstract Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content of Fluconazole Ophthalmic Thermosensitive Gels . Methods The method was performed on a C18. column, using mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.063% ammonium formate soltuin(20∶80). The detection wavelength was 260 nm. Results Fluconazole in Fluconazole Ophthalmic Thermosensitive Gels can be effectively separated under this chromatographic condition. The linear ranges was 5.9~239.8 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9) for assay. The mean recovery was 98.96%, RSD was 1.29%. Conclusion The method is accurate and stable for content determination of Fluconazole Ophthalmic Thermosensitive Gels .
