基于慢性疾病轨迹框架的护理干预对高血压脑出血患者护理满意度及自我护理能力的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on chronic illness trajectory framework (CITF) on nursing satisfaction and self-care ability of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected.The control group (62 cases) received conventional specialist nursing care,and the observation group (63 cases) received nursing prescriptions for chronic disease stage based on conventional care.Nursing satisfaction scale (NSNS) and self-care ability scale (ESCA) were used to compare the differences in nursing satisfaction and self-care ability scores over time before and after the two interventions.Results The scores of nursing satisfaction and self-care ability with time nodes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on CITF framework can better meet the different needs of patients,improve nursing satisfaction and self-care ability of patients,and promote patient rehabilitation.
