Clinical effect of laparoscopy on early endometrial cancer |

Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopy on early endometrial cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted. Sixty patients with early endometrial cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from February 2016 to March 2018 was the observation group, and 60 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery during the same period were the control group. Perioperative indicators were compared between the two groups such as operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospitalization time, postoperative exhaust time, and urinary indwelling time, and the incidence of postoperative complications, postoperative recurrence rate, and tumor-free survival rate were recorded in the two groups. Results The intraoperative blood loss, postperative hospitalization in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the number of lymphatic clearance between the two groups (P>0.05). The postoperative complications rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the recurrence rate, tumor-free survival rate, and mortality index within the observation group within 3 years were not significantly different (P>0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is ideal for treatment, with minimal trauma, high safety, and rapid recovery after surgery, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
