Effect of electrospinning film stent on proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells |

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of electrospinning membrane scaffold on proliferation and differentiation of MC3T3-E1 cells. Methods The membrane scaffolds were prepared by electrospinning. The reticular network was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The membrane scaffolds were used as carriers to observe the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts and observe the morphological changes of cytoskeleton. Results Scanning electron microscopy showed that the electrospun membrane network structure was conducive to cell adhesion; CCK-8 cell proliferation assay and alkaline phosphatase activity persisted to the results, and the difference between the control group and the experimental group was 1 d, 4 d and 7 d. All of them were statistically significant (P<0.05); cytoskeletal staining showed that the cell spreading area of the electrospinning group increased and the number increased. Conclusion Electrospun membrane stents can promote osteoblast proliferation, differentiation and cell adhesion.
