Abstract Objective To study the status of breastfeeding and its influencing factors,and provide references for improving it.Methods The research using quantitative and qualitative research methods of 234 maternal.Quantitative data used SPSS 22.0 to analysis and qualitative data integrated after transcribing.Results The rate of exclusive breastfeeding is 63.25% and lower than the national standards.Breastfeeding has Statistically significant in different educations、delivery ways、knowledge and confidence(P＜0.05).Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to overcome the obstacles, and confidence and establish good social support should be built up,so as to raise the rate of breastfeeding.
