Abstract Objective To study the role of laminar sterile bed in the treatment of children with capillary bronchitis,and provide effective new approaches for children with capillary bronchitis.Methods With the list approach,146 children of bronchitis under 6 months old in my department from November 2016 to May 2017 were selected and andomly divided into the intervention group 78 cases and the control group 66 cases.Both groups of children received conventional treatment,Sex,age,hospital infection rate,antibiotic usage rate,medicine proportion,hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses of the two groups were compared.Results The differences of age and gender of the two groups were not statistically significant.The incidence of hospital infection of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference(χ2=6.37,P＜0.05) was statistically significant.The antibiotic usage (χ2=11.48 P＜0.05), medicine proportion (χ2=9.52,P＜0.05),hospitalization days (Z=6.58 ,P＜0.05),and the hospitalization expenses (Z=5.96,P＜0.05) of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Conclusion Laminar sterile bed can effectively prevent hospital infection of capillary bronchitis, reduce the antibiotic usage and medicine proportion,shorten the hospitalization days and reduce the hospitalization expenses.
