不稳定型心绞痛患者NF-κB、TNF-α、IL-1及IL-6的表达与干预研究

Abstract Objective To analyze the expression level of NF-κB,TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP),and to study the clinical application value of Danhong injection combined with clopidogrel.Methods 342 patients with UAP were randomly divided into control group (n=172) and observation group (n=170).The control group received basic treatment and clopidogrel treatment,and the observation group received basic treatment and Danhong injection combined with clopidogrel treatment.The efficacy and clinical indicators of the two groups were observed, and data were processed and analyzed by statistical software. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (96.2%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (85%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, the level of blood lipid was obviously improved in the two groups.The level of TNF-alpha,IL-1 and IL-6 and the activity of NF-κB decreased significantly, and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion UAP application of Danhong injection combined with clopidogrel could significantly improve blood lipid,reduce TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 levels and down regulate NF-κB activity.
