心理干预对颅脑损伤后康复期患者焦虑及抑郁情绪影响的Meta分析

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression in patients with craniocerebral injury for the method of a systematic review of evidence-based medicine.Methods Data were collected from the Cochrane Library,PubMed, Embase,China Biological Medicine Database,CNKI, Wanfang Database and VIP from the establishment of the databases to January 2017 to collect the correlation literature about the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression in patients with brain injury.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,data were extracted for quality evaluation.RevMan 5.3 software could be used to conduct Meta-analyze for each indicator.Results In the end, there were 5 articals had been involved .The results showed that 5 studies were low qualified.A total of 400 people were enrolled,Psychological intervention group of 200 cases and the Control group of 200 cases. There were significance difference between psychological intervention group and Control group. The Psychological intervention group patients with anxiety symptoms score (95％Cl -1.17～-0.71,Z=8.07,P＜0.001), the Psychological group with depression symptoms score (95%Cl -1.91～-1.44,Z=13.88,P＜0.00001).Conclusion Psychological intervention can reduce the anxiety and depression of patients after craniocerebral injury, Improve the mental health and Improve the quality of life. It is worth to use clinical.
