| Effective safety analysis and prognosis evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine combined withacupuncture in treating oculomotor paralysis |

Abstract Objective To analyze the traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture on the application value and safety of oculomotor nerve palsy patients.Methods 60 cases of oculomotor nerve palsy patients were randomly divided into two groups,the efficiency of two groups of patients,the blood vessel,the quality of life were compared.Results The total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.3%,quality of life score (76.88±8.65) was significantly higher than the control group 66.7%,(67.29±8.30) %.The control group had no adverse reaction in the observation group,2 cases had mild nausea and no influence on the treatment.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively and improve the quality of life in patients with oculomotor paralysis,and the application value is remarkable
