经尿道前列腺电切术联合内分泌治疗晚期前列腺癌的临床疗效及不良反应分析

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of transurethral electroprostatectomy(TURP) combined with endocrine therapy for advanced prostate cancer. Methods Eighty patients with advanced prostate cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with pure endocrine therapy, and the study group was treated with TURP combined with endocrine therapy. Results The maximum urinary flow rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the residual urine volume and PSA were lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the IPSS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), QOL score. Compared with the control group (P<0.05), there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). The inflammatory factor level in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion TurP combined with endocrine therapy is an ideal treatment for advanced prostate cancer. It is worth popularizing and applying widely in clinic.
